WFH Customer Service Verification Representative/Call Center Job at Injury Review – United States
Salary Range: $36,000 salary (Guaranteed) + commissions & bonuses with total compensation up to $70,000
At Injury Review we are dedicated to serving the public by providing information about complications and side effects associated with various medications and medical products.
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals for a full-time remote position. Your job will include taking inbound calls and following a short script in helping individuals gain potential compensation for their injuries
Must reside in the state of Florida or New Jersey.
Must have a quiet distraction-free space to work.
A Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) ( 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum – standard internet).
Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset (ex. gaming headset with mic/ Logitech G432) (average price is $20-$30).
Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
Individuals must be able to maintain a professional/friendly tone at all times and be able to clearly pronounce and enunciate scripted words including phonetically spelled proper names.
Must be able to actively listen and build a rapport with an individual.
Must have strong reading skills in order to follow scripts with ease.
Basic Computer skills are a must-Needs to be able to navigate the internet and CRM
