AllSTEM Connections is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Corporate Recruiter with full-cycle/high volume recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

Our ideal candidate has work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Position – Direct Hire/Full Time Schedule – Hybrid Salary – $65000 – $72,000 Yearly plus Bonus plus Benefits Job

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the hiring managers and HR team to ensure hiring and quality of hire targets are met. Develop solutions that will support the hiring needs of high volume/in-season staffing. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience Build close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations Prequalify candidates for next-level interviews by conducting telephone/ video screening Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible.

Identify, organize, and participate in Job Fairs and recruiting events to build a strong candidate pipeline Understand the hiring challenges in the external labor market and identify market-specific sourcing strategies. Participate in 90 days reviews to get retention KPI’s Employee retention beyond 90 days is critical to the success of this position and will be one of the measurements of effective hiring practices.

Some travel will be required up to 25% depending on the needs of the various markets.

Skills and Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Agency recruitment or similar experience Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Management or similar experience

Experience withfull-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Must beable to work in the fast paced environment and maintain Hiring KPIs
