About the Role

We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a Strategy Leader to take on the primary role in overseeing projects, managing clients and identifying strategic opportunities for clients. You’ll be working directly below a Partner and are expected to be able to operate independently in a senior capacity.

We’re looking for someone who can go both broad and deep. You synthesise quickly; you’re wedded to the clarity, not the process. You love proving a hypothesis and convincing others; you’re a client whisperer. You’ll be excited at the chance to create value in new fields, do it your own way, and build out your own teams.

Requirements

Key Experience

Significant experience leading the creation and presentation of the overall proposition and recommendation to the client – creating a compelling business case and emotional narrative

Able to lead client meetings and handle challenging conversations with clients

Experience developing business models, economic models, and business plans for new ventures, products and services

Proven ability to use data and research insights to identify market opportunities

Able to translate market forces and user needs into clear actions

Can support propositions with detailed investment case, key performance, measurement and recruiting frameworks

Experience with diverse business types, stages and models

Significant consultancy/agency experience (ideally with some added dimension – in a corporate, start up environment, your own business, unusual project)

You may have had roles like Strategist, Venture Architect, Business Designer, Product Strategist.
