Our solution architect team matches our company’s product capabilities with customer needs to solve existing business problems. This is a customer-facing role and will use collaborative tools such as Trello, Miro Boards, or in-person workshops to guide a customer through the process of capturing “as-is” processes, establishing testable requirements, aligning system functionality to the correct module or program, and solidifying “to-be” processes(i.e. “Blueprinting”). Your contribution impacts the successful delivery and acceptance of the company’s products by ensuring that the underlying technology and business architecture fits the intended purpose. The solutions you outline establish repeatable processes and sustainable product upgrades. You will be in close collaboration with the customer product owner, business leads, and other key stakeholders. This position requires experience in the logistics space using either or both EWM or TM modules within SAP.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Facilitate the collaboration among stakeholders needed to develop an outline of how a solution will need to operate (i.e “Blueprint”)
Support the analysis, estimation of effort for proposal development
Participate in internal onboarding activities in order to socialize knowledge, learnings, and challenges to the assigned team of consultants from customer interactions
Maintain a deep understanding of technologies required for end-to-end delivery for engagements, develop reference architectures that can be used as standard implementation patterns for future engagements
Lead product demos and requirement gathering sessions
Work with stakeholders to refine technical detail into user stories with acceptance criteria
Execute configuration tasks with the SAP environment as needed by-product implementations

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and +8 years of relevant work experience with SAP/TM/EWM/PI/ECC or education/experience equivalent.
3-5+ years of relevant work experience in the supply chain/ logistic space.
Knowledge of Atlassian’s Confluence Trello, JIRA, or other similar tools is required.
Experience using collaborative tools such as Miro Boards preferred.
Skilled in all Microsoft tools such as Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Access
Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing documentation and presentations
Flexibility in learning new topics, handling change and deadlines
Ability to travel
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable work experience
