Your day to day:
Review, analyze and evaluate business and data requirements

Configure, develop and deploy solutions using salesforce.com, reporting and ETL tools

Build data pipelines between external systems and salesforce to enable sales, marketing and operations

Migrate large sets to data between systems to enable sales, marketing and operations

Influence and collaborate with teammates within rev ops, sales, operations, product and engineering to get projects done

What you bring to the table:
Proven track record of exceptional problem solving skills especially in data related projects

Experience working with big data sets in SQL, python, R or something similar

Ability to gather, clean and transform data before pushing it into saleforce

Self teaching abilities: you can recognize a problem, research solutions, design and build using cloud technologies to solve that problem

Strong attention to detail: you are able to juggle, navigate and track multiple projects at once

A sense of ownership and thoroughness: you proactively follow up on action items to ensure that no balls are dropped, and that all critical milestones are met

A flexible, can-do attitude: you can and will pivot as needed, you are excited to try new ways of doing things, and you look forward to sharing ideas to help us refine our recipe for success

An interest in learning cloud and analytics technologies, such as Salesfoce, Zendesk, Workato and Tableau

Your BUILDER mentality: you are excited about playing a role in building and growing a brand new company

Bachelor’s degree with analytical rigor preferred (STEM, BMIS, etc.)

At least 6 months of work experience, which may be in the form of an internship

Experience in data analytics role a plus

Experience with ETL tools a plus

Salesforce certifications a plus
