Poshmark’s Talent Acquisition team is responsible for empowering our organization to hire the best talent. As a Recruiting Coordinator you’ll ensure a seamless, candidate-friendly hiring process. You’ll be responsible for keeping the process organized and actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and candidates.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with business recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process (phone, virtual, and onsite) Schedule all pre-briefs and debriefs for non-tech roles Act as point of idates; coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews as well as travel and accommodation arrangements when required in a timely and accurate manner High-volume global scheduling during peak seasons Greet candidates and facilitate the onsite or virtual interview process, ensuring a high-touch, positive candidate experience Own the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that inspire the best of the best to work at Poshmark Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status as needed Work closely with Talent Ops to own offer letters, background checks, pipeline refresh metrics, and talent memos Manage all job postings in our ATS (Greenhouse) for non-tech roles and update as needed Work on side projects related to Recruiting/People Operations during down time (interview training, talent branding, internal processes, etc.)

Maintain a high level of confidentiality s Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain effective communication channels (zoom, slack, email, etc.) 6-Month Accomplishments Independently handle all non-technical recruiting coordination with ease Have built a strong relationship with key stakeholders (recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, etc.) Own offer letters, background checks, pipeline refresh metrics, and talent memos 12+ Month Accomplishments Become the SME of all things recruiting coordination Partner with the Talent team to assist in developing candidate experience programs and other internal processes Assist in building diverse, equitable and inclusive teams Desired Skills I year+ of equivalent coordination experience in a high-volume environment (preferred search firm or in-house recruiting environment) Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for persistence and efficiency Exceptional work ethic and strong sense of urgency Strong calendaring skills

Ability toadapt in a fast-paced environment, strong collaborator who can shift communication styles to work with different types of people Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to detail) Familiarity with an ATS platform (Greenhouse preferred)
