WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

You will be working for a successful established area of the bank which focuses on Corporate and commercial lending and provide in life support for all the loans that are issued. There are transactional elements of the team calculating interest and collecting payments.

No two days are the same, giving you the chance to develop a variety of skills. There are a wide range of stakeholders and customers who you will be in contact with on a regular basis so excellent communication skills are pivotal to this role.
The difference you’ll make.
Learning – You will be learning about the various Lending products, process, and various Lending platforms on the job.
Delivering – You will be delivering excellent customer services to a wide range of External customers as part of a diverse team comprising of lending experts.
Reporting – You will be reporting to a Senior InLife lending operations manager as part of your line management structure.
Providing – You will be providing invaluable support to Internal stakeholders like Relationship Teams, Finance and Control etc. daily as part of this role.
Ensuring- You will be always ensuring strict adherence to all the internal Policies and procedures in place for various Lending products.
Analysing – You will be analysing multiple transactions on daily basis to provide innovative and easy solutions for the internal and external stakeholder.
What you’ll bring.
Evidence of dealing with a range of stakeholders and customers
Evidence of mathematical ability through either experience or education
It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience of lending/banking
Experience working in an operational area
Degree in a relevant discipline – finance or economics
Advanced Excel skills
What else you need to know.
This is a permanent role. Primarily remote working with 5 days a calendar month working from the Manchester Office.
