Once those calls are complete, clients can continue the conversation via instant messaging or collect the insights and share them within their organisation creating a powerful knowledge library over time.

As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for our first Marketing Manager to join the team! Reporting into a Co-Founder, this is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled, entrepreneurial and B2B focused digital marketer to take ownership to drive the continued growth, presence and evolution of the proSapient brand globally. This is a hands-on role, and you will lead on both the marketing strategy, campaigns and execution.

The key duties for this role will include:
Working in partnership with the Leadership team to create, define and execute a successful Marketing strategy across our global offices, with a strong B2B focus

Directly managing the whole campaign process including writing briefs, creating content, writing copy, tracking campaigns & reporting on effectivity and success

Writing compelling copy for use across a variety of digital channels & platforms, working with teams internally to create copy, whilst building & emphasising a clear & consistent TOV

Managing & utilising proSapient’s advertising channels, such as Google, LinkedIn, sponsored content and more

Devising, implementing and reporting on all Marketing activity, including Paid Social, Email, PPC, Affiliate

Analysing campaign performance against agreed KPIs to suggest creative future optimisations or opportunities and report back to stakeholders when necessary


The key experience needed for this role is:
A minimum of three years experience in a core Marketing role, with proven B2B experience

Experienced Digital Marketer with expertise across two or more of the following: SEO, PPC, email, paid social, partnerships in a successful start up

Previous experience with Marketing tools such as across Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools such as Google Optimise

Prior experience working in a start-up environment or a rapidly growing organisation

Previous experience working within our industry, ideally with, or for a Private Equity, Consultancy or professional services firm

Experience of creating copy that is engaging, fresh, innovative and on-brand
