As a Lifestyle Travel Manager, you will be the voice of our customers, contribute to individual and team performance through phone, email, SMS, Chat and Digital channels.


  • Receive and process customers’ travel, dining and lifestyle requests on any contact channel available to members, including phone, emails and live chats.
  • Advising members on product and service offers and their availability
  • Creating member requests by phone/web and then working with our supplier list to create experiences, travel, dining and lifestyle requests that fits the members requirements
  • To achieve and exceed individual sales and services targets each month.
  • To report on individual sales pipeline and use systems to diarise follow up communications
  • To provide management with member feedback and insight to ensure continual learnings are collectively gained
  • To participate and give suggestions within a start up business that supports the overall vision
  • To actively look to enhance the member experience by contacting suppliers and adding special requests or small gestures to elevate the overall experience.
  • Actively report to management any service issue to contribute to product & service improvement
  • To work closely with the Lifestyle Administration Assistant to ensure member quotes and recommendations are accurate.
  • To promote the company and identify opportunities to grow our membership base
  • Be an ambassador to a luxury company in the world
  • Participate in client campaigns
  • Attend luxury trade shows when required to promote the business
  • Work across shifts and one weekend in 4/5 as duty officer cover (Out of Hours payment will be made)
  • Opportunity to attend product training educational overseas

Professional presentation; ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing
Background of achieving sales and service targets within a luxury or high-end sector
Accurate with entering and recording data and requests
Prior Luxury Travel/Dining environment and /or specialty luxury retail experience
Be fashion-forward, and have a passion for the luxury goods sector
Understand the value of quality and delivering KPIs
Ability to multi-task and support wider team when required
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications such as excel, word, email applications, Internet browsers and the ability to learn new applications quickly
Ability to absorb extensive information around luxury travel, villas, dining and a real flair in relation to wowing our members
