Affinity is looking for highly motivated experts to join our team. We are a leading credit collection company which is employee centric and gives lucrative pay package and target oriented incentives. We offer our employees flexible schedule with facility of working remotely (due to covid 19). Currently we are looking for a “go getter” collection agent for our Markham location, to contact consumers via telephone in an attempt to collect past due accounts. Moreover, provide excellent customer service in a fast paced professional working environment and report to the Collection Manager.
Job Responsibilities: –
– Deal with customers courteously & professionally while collecting payment
– Initiate strategies for collection processes & procedures
– Negotiate repayment plan
– Respond to customer inquires
– Create a repayment schedule based on customer’s financial position
– Works as a team member with enthusiastic approach
– Deal with highly confidential information in a secure environment
– Use various trace tools to locate consumer information
– Follow provincial legislation and client guidelines
Job Requirements: –
– Excellent Verbal communication
– Experience in account receivables at various stages of past due payments, call center or customer service environment is a plus
– Excellent negotiation Skills
– Problem solving Ability

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
