We’re hiring an Events Coordinator to support the University Relations and the Global Recruiting & Inclusion Events and Partnerships teams. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to provide support for events designed to attract and engage emerging talent to Indeed with a focus on Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B).

Support the University Relations and Global Recruiting & Inclusion Events teams by:

Assisting with developing marketing and collateral for virtual and campus events i.e. flyers, promotional emails

Coordinating shipments of swag, onsite collateral and signage to event venues

Assisting with designing, ordering, and managing swag inventory

Supporting program managers to ensure timeline of deliverables are met

Creating booth shift schedules, when applicable

Work with the University Recruiting and Employer Brand teams on social media content and marketing campaigns

Distribute intern and university graduate swag/materials during their time at Indeed

Ensure all event-related materials adhere to brand guideline and that legal approval is achieved for all marketing materials

Communicate regularly with Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) team to support Program Managers’ initiatives

Assist University Recruiting and Employer Brand teams in drafting and distributing regular communication and updates to internal and external stakeholders

Suggest and implement process improvements and alternative solutions

Seamlessly execute multiple projects with varying deliverables and competing timelines

Support projects from inception to delivery including post-event data aggregation and distribution

Required Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in providing logistical support in event and partnership management

Understanding of social media, marketing, and content development

Comfortable with event production timelines and onsite processes

Knowledgeable of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate and partner experiences

Working knowledge of tools and resources used to manage recruiting and brand-building events, and related projects

Comfortable working across multiple teams on concurrent programs

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail

Emerging analytical, reporting, and presentation skills

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

US Remote 52,000 – 76,000 USD per year

Austin 52,000 – 76,000 USD per year

NYC Metro Area 60,000 – 87,000 USD per year

SF Bay Area 71,000 – 104,000 USD per year

Seattle 64,000 – 90,000 USD per year
