Customer Support Analyst – Healthcare Software

Location: Remote

The Customer Support Analyst provides phone and online technical support of healthcare enterprise and clinical software applications, as well as ensuring client satisfaction of products, services, and features.

As a Customer Support Analyst at Medsphere you will get to:
Provide professional and courteous service to hospital and ambulatory Medsphere customers

Field incoming calls, online chat, email and support portal cases for software troubleshooting, training, and strive toward first call resolution

Use remote connection software to efficiently resolve customers’ issues

Assist customers in software installation process

Log cases in company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and track cases requiring customer follow-up Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer needs

Positively contribute to team success by participating in team trainings, collaborating with co-workers and aiding internal teams to meet customer needs

Build positive rapport with customers to assist in maintaining client references

Assist in special projects as needed

Typical Qualifications for the Customer Support Analyst:
Proficient computer skills

Great customer service skills and experience

Excellent communication skills and always has new ideas

Proficient skills monitoring and/or tracking information or data

Ability to maintain composure and respond appropriately in a stressful situation

Capability to perform research using the Internet and other computer-related sources

Experience and skills to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
