We are currently accepting applications and seeking self-motivated, professional, upbeat, friendly individuals to join our fast-paced call center. We have opportunities for you to join our work from home team and work virtually anywhere or work in our office in Ocala, Florida!
You may be assisting with inbound calls from clients, patients and customers or placing outbound calls to members, patients, or doctor’s offices. As a 24/7/365 business, we have flexibility in scheduling options. We service thousands of clients and make a daily difference in the lives of their customers!

We are looking for Candidates with the following attributes, skills, and qualifications:
Computer skills in a windows-based environment.
Able totype at a minimum 25-30 words per minute.
Able tomaintains integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.
Punctual, with great attendance.
Ability tomulti-task- without losing efficiency or composure.
Must beable to pass a post offer/ pre-employment background check.
Bilingual is a plus!
