Conversion Monster is currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Inside Sales Agent, which is a unique and exciting inside sales role. We’re interested in people who want to grow with us, who are hungry sales professionals with a desire to convert leads for real estate agents nationwide. As an Inside Sales Agent, you are often the first impression prospective clients have with our company so communication skills, rapport and attention to detail are crucial in building these relationships with our agents. This position requires a friendly, driven, outgoing demeanor as well as the skill to immediate rapport with leads. Responsibilities

  • Multitasking
  • Typing & notetaking
  • Respond to all incoming leads in real time
  • Manage inbound & outbound calls on a dialing system
  • Follow scripts when handling different topics
  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a consistently efficient and accurate manner
  • Convert leads into live transfers & long-term relationships
  • Take detailed notes while actively listening
  • Learn local real estate markets in multiple cities
  • Understand our client’s scripts of questions and know how to ask questions accordingly
  • Focus and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Qualifications

  • Must have outstanding grammar
  • Excellent communication & phone skills, as our company was created based on the idea of providing amazing customer service
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, & holidays
