About The Job
Essential
Responsibilities
Present and explain services and products by phone.
Perform a variety of transactions and services with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
Assist or refer members with any and all questions or problems
Maintain the privacy of member account information
Perform outbound calls, fax information, make necessary and appropriate requests of members
Identify customer needs and cross-sell Credit Union products and promotions
Qualifications
Required
Education
/Skills and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
A minimum of one (1) year of similar or related experience is required; including experience with balancing general ledgers and daily transactions and recognizing and correcting out of balance conditions
Knowledge of related card applications
Solid math skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and analyze data
Basic skills exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.
Strong communication and public relations skills
PC Skills Word, Excel, Microsoft office
