What’s the job?

We are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Brands Team Lead and Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Founder, you’ll be able to launch your career with opportunities to execute your own paid ads strategies.

Monitor and enhance online sales activity.

Ensure User Experience of the website including Design & Aesthetics, Content, and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns.

Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies.

Manage, analyze and draw conclusions on specific e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, bounce…).

Ensure that all e-Commerce activity is consistent with the brand’s sense of purpose.

Manage Competitive, market, and best practices intelligence.

Analyze digital role in the consumer path to purchase & consumer online searches.

Stay up to date with the market, consumers & competitors.

Collect and connect working knowledge on the e-retailers.

Achieve excellence through optimization and innovation.

Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross-selling mechanisms, data ownership within eCommerce brands’ websites, and e-retailers ones.

Create synergies between inside and outside partners in marketing or digital activities.

Drive Performance marketing and CRM initiatives.

Drive Growth, Develop and implement creative solutions to drive and convert more visitors.

What’s the pay?

Starting at $52,000 – $55,000 ($31.25/hr) with a big emphasis on “starting”! We’re hoping to continuously grow your skills, this role, and the salary that comes with it!

Am I qualified for the position?

We don’t believe in a strict list of “qualifications”. We care more about the passion for the industry and role, the grit you have to learn new challenges, and your ability to work well with others who you can learn from! Here are some general guidelines of what we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or a similar field preferred.

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO / Social media etc.) and market research methods.

Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.

Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications.

Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Exceptional communication and writing skills.

Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
