Account Manager (SaaS) Job at Skuuudle – Manchester
Skuuudle is the leader in pricing intelligence and competitor monitoring solutions worked with clients of all sizes, from small businesses to major household names across the globe. Our mission is to provide retailers, distributors and brands of all sizes with price and product intelligence, enabling them to optimise margins and increase market share through data-driven decision making.
Although we are well established within our market, we are a rapidly growing start up in a transformation period as we scale. We’ve doubled our employee headcount over the past year and expanding teams across the business. We’re now looking for an entrepreneurial and hard-working Account Manager to help us to provide an exceptional customer experience to our new clients, mostly large global retailers and brands.
General account management, from onboarding to renewal.
Regular cadence of meetings with clients, varying from weekly to quarterly as appropriate.
Identifying opportunities for account growth, and networking successfully across our clients’ businesses to close these opportunities.
Advocating for our clients’ best interests to the business, while driving value for the business through account growth.
Bridging the gap between sales and operations.
Encouraging case studies, testimonials, and joint PR exercises with key clients.
Encouraging client reviews on Google, G2, Capterra etc.
What We’re Looking For
There are some attributes that we expect the successful candidate to have, and they’re listed below, but the key for us is to find someone who is bright, effective and cooperative.
Several years’ professional experience in account management.
Experience with technical, complex software or data offerings.
World class interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and grit.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good numerical skills.
Willing and able to receive, and give, candid feedback from and to colleagues including executives.
Other Positive Attributes
Undergraduate degree at 2:1 level or above.
Experience managing accounts of large retailers and brands.
Previous start-up experience.
Fully remote in the UK, or a hybrid model from our Manchester office. Totally at your discretion.
£35,000 to £45,000, plus commission on upsells, cross-sells and renewals.
